Pictured above is a Turbo charged 90 DEGREE V6 Chevrolet engine built by Falconer race engines.the engine was over $100,000.00 to develop & build.The engine is for sale in New Zealand.

The Chevy 60 deg v6 engine has been used a lot in the US in off road racing & speedway.It was never fitted to any Australian delivered cars.

Pictures are of a Skicraft sprint ski boat powered by a 262 or 4.3 litre Chevrolet v6. The engine is from a 1987 astro van that was imported to australia by JT American imports in Thomastown in Victoria in 1997. There were limited numbers of the sprint model boat made by skicraft as the larger wake boarding boats were more in demand. there were a few built with the 165HP mercury jet , Also a few with the Commodore v6 fuel injected Ecotec v6. The boat pictured was the only 1 ordered from the factory with a grey sports dash & V8 chev & velvet drive forward & reverse gearbox. The first engine was a 4 bolt 350, late model std factory heads,edelbrock performer rpm inlet manifold, crow camshaft, holley 600, alloy flywheel & that was about it. As it was the first of its type & to fit the v8 & gearbox in the engine sat on a very steep angle.This created many handling problems as the boat was running a 12.5 x 15 wide blade propeller. The boat had a top speed of 51mph & as long as you didnt try to turn it & keep it in a straight line it was ok.

Chevy V-6 BDS supercharger manifold to suit 4/71 GM blower. These do not fit the later 4.3L vortec cylinder heads. Port sizes on these v-6 performance manifolds are 229 v6 Chevy port size. they can be used 0n v6 262 Chevrolet blown engines.

Early Holley Performance 4 barrel manifold the port size is to suit 229 chevy v6 engines with spreadbore carburetor.

Holley 4 barrel performance manifold with brass water jackets, This manifold can be used on Marine engines in both salt & fresh water. It suits pre Vortec 262 & 4.3L GM V-6 engines & performs very good on car engines also.Another benifit of this manifold is it can be drilled to accept fuel injectors

The mechanical fuel injection manifold pictured below was cut down from a V8 manifolds in the 1980s. A lot of the development on the V6 90 engine was done in California at Falconer race engines.
